摘要
为全面提升规模化猪场疫病防控技术水平,研究探索我县规模化猪场疫病防控与净化模式,在2020年7月至2021年6月期间,由永昌县动物疫病预防控制中心牵头,各乡镇畜牧兽医站配合,成立以县畜牧兽医站站长为组长、各乡镇畜牧兽医站站长为成员的调查组,对全县规模猪场和部分养殖户进行了入户调查。在全县范围内共选取调查点54个,通过询问、谈话交流、查看免疫记录、圈舍养殖情况等方式,全面了解生猪主要疫病(如非洲猪瘟、猪瘟、猪口蹄疫、猪蓝耳病、猪圆环病毒病、猪链球菌病、猪流行性腹泻和传染性胃肠炎、猪支原体肺炎和猪伪狂犬病等)的流行规律,同时采集1200头生猪血样进行血清学检测,以便准确实施防制措施,降低猪发病率和死亡率,减少因疾病产生的损失,增加养殖场户经济收入。
In order to comprehensively improve the technical level of large-scale pig farm disease prevention and control,research and explore the county's large-scale pig farm disease prevention and purification mode,from July 2020to June 2021,led by Yongchang County Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center,All township animal husbandry and veterinary stations cooperated to set up an investigation team headed by the head of the county animal husbandry and veterinary station and the heads of all township animal husbandry and veterinary stations as members.A total of 54survey points were selected in the county,and the epidemic law of major pig diseases(such as African swine fever,swine fever,swine foot-and-mouth disease,swine blue-ear disease,swine circovirus disease,swine streptococcosis,swine epidemic diarrhea and infectious gastroenteritis,mycoplasma swine pneumonia and swine pseudorabies,etc.)was fully understood through inquiries,conversations,viewing immunization records,and breeding conditions in pens.At the same time,blood samples from 1,200pigs were collected for serological testing,so as to accurately implement preventive measures,reduce pig morbidity and mortality,reduce losses caused by diseases,and increase the economic income of farm households.
