摘要
化工设备属于化工企业重要物质资本,由于很多化工原料都具有腐蚀性,所以在运行过程中,化工设备腐蚀现象屡屡出现。如果不采取行之有效的腐蚀控制措施,可能会引发重大安全事故,危害化工企业的持续发展。基于此,文章在针对化工设备防腐意义、腐蚀机理与成因和化工设备防腐措施进行综合分析的同时,结合实际案例详细探讨化工设备防腐设计。
Chemical equipments belongs to the important material capital of chemical enterprises,because many chemical raw materials are corrosive,so in the process of operation,chemical equipment corrosion phenomenon occurs frequently.If effective corrosion control measures are not taken,it may cause serious safety accidents and harm the sustainable development of chemical enterprises.Based on this,this article in the chemical equipment anti-corrosion significance,corrosion mechanism and cause of corrosion and chemical equipment anti-corrosion measures for comprehensive analysis,combined with actual cases to discuss the chemical equipment anti-corrosion design in detail.
