摘要
目的分析在手术室护理管理中绩效管理体系的应用效果,为推广绩效管理提供参考。方法选取东平县中医院手术室40名在职护理人员为研究对象。本院手术室于2019年1月开始实施绩效管理,2018年7—12月期间实施常规管理,设为对照组;2019年1—6月期间实施绩效管理,设为观察组,两组均为同批护理人员,分析两组管理效果。结果观察组护理质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作积极性与竞争意识评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较之常规管理,绩效管理体系的建立能够有效提高手术室护理质量。
Objective To analyze the application of performance management system in operating room nursing management,and provide reference for promoting performance management.Methods Forty on-the-job nurses in the operating room of Dongping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.The operating room of the hospital began to implement performance management in January 2019,and routine management was implemented from July to December 2018,which was set as the control group;performance management was implemented from January to June 2019,and it was set as the observation group.Both groups were the same batch of nursing staff,the management effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of work enthusiasm and competition consciousness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional management,the establishment of performance management system can effectively improve the nursing quality of operating room.
