摘要
随着电子商务的不断发展,新鲜食品的运输和配送也越来越普遍。然而,国内食品供应链中的冷链物流仍然存在着隐患。农产品在运输过程中的污染、变质和腐败等安全问题会导致货物的严重损失,造成食品安全无法得到保证。通过研究发现,目前冷链物流运输存在基础设施规模落后、食品冷链体系尚未成熟及国内冷链体系普及程度低等问题。基于此,本文提出了鼓励冷链物流企业基础建设、完善冷链物流信息系统结构及建立食品物流专家培训等相关的保障措施。
With the continuous development of e-commerce,the transportation and distribution of fresh fruit is becoming more and more common.However,the cold chain logistics in the domestic food supply chain still has hidden dangers.Agricultural products in the transport process of pollution,deterioration and corruption and other safety problems will lead to serious loss of goods,resulting in food safety can not be guaranteed.Through the study found that the cold chain logistics is backward infrastructure scale,food cold chain system has not yet mature and domestic cold chain system popularity low,based on this article put forward to encourage infrastructure,improve the cold chain cold chain logistics enterprise logistics information system structure and the establishment of a food logistics specialist training and other related security measures.
