胶质气体泡沫水基钻井液流变性及封堵性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 胶质气体泡沫(CGA)经过桥接在储层岩石孔隙当中能够有效地降低滤失量,减轻地层损害。为此,对其水基钻井液的流变性、稳定性、滤失性以及封堵性进行深入的研究与分析,并对聚合物种类、表面活性剂的种类及其质量浓度进行优选,对钻井液当中的聚合物性质与最佳的配比进行深入的研究。结果显示:表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTAB)都可以显著提升钻井液的流变性,使其密度降低,SDS的效果要好于HTAB,SDS形成的微气泡要更加的稳定,平均粒径可以达到65μm,在黄原胶(XG)加量为6 g·L^(-1)的泡沫钻井液当中,在SDS的平均质量浓度在2 g·L^(-1)的条件下,可将密度从977.03 g·L^(-1)调整为400.42 g·L^(-1)。在不同的p H值之下,研究了钻井液的性能,实验结果显示pH值为9时,CGA有着最佳的性能。在确保其性能的同时,也使得成本进一步降低,XG/GG(瓜尔胶)的最佳比例是4∶1,这个时候能够把滤失量降低到21.04 mL。 Gas foam(CGA) bridged in the pores of reservoir rocks can effectively reduce the fluid loss and reduce the formation damage. Therefore, in this paper, the rheology, stability, fluid loss and plugging property of its water-based drilling fluid were deeply studied and analyzed, and the types of polymers, surfactants and their mass concentrations were optimized, and the properties of polymers in drilling fluid and the best proportion were deeply studied. The final experimental results showed that both surfactants sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(HTAB) could significantly improve the rheological properties of drilling fluid, and reduce its density. The effect of SDS was better than HTAB, and the microbubbles formed by SDS were more stable, and the average particle size reached 65 μm. In the foam drilling fluid with xanthan gum(XG) addition of 6 g·L^(-1), when the mass concentration of SDS was 2 g·L^(-1), it was acceptable. Under different pH values, the performance of drilling fluid was studied. The experimental results showed that CGA had the best performance when pH value was 9. While ensuring its performance, the cost was further reduced. The optimal ratio of XG/GG(guar gum) was 4∶1, and the fluid loss was reduced to 21.04 mL at this time.
