摘要
目的分析展开式案例模拟教学法在老年护理教学中的应用。方法选取2021年2—7月运城护理职业学院2个护理管理学班级为研究对象,其中一个班为普通组(n=45),给予传统课堂讲授法授课,另一个班为教改组(n=45),给予展开式案例模拟教学法授课。比较两组学生的考核成绩和对教学法的评价认可度。结果教改组学生的老年护理理论知识、临床操作、综合素质成绩均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教改组学生对教学法提高学习兴趣、活跃课堂教学气氛、提高综合分析和解决问题能力、提高独立学习能力、促进与老年人有效沟通能力、提高知识综合运用能力、理解和在掌握老年人心理特点、对老年人实施整体护理能力、培养团队合作能力的评价认可度均优于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论展开式案例模拟教学法能够提高老年护理学生的掌握度和对教学法的认可度。
Objective To analyze the application of unfolding case simulation teaching method in elderly nursing teaching.Methods A total of 2 nursing management classes in Yuncheng Vocational Nursing College from February to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and students were divided into the ordinary group(n=45)and the teaching reform group(n=45).The ordinary group was taught by the conventional classroom teaching method,while the teaching reform group was taught by the unfolding case simulation teaching method.The assessment achievement and the evaluation recognition of teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge of elderly nursing,clinical practice and comprehensive quality of students in the teaching reform group were all higher than those in the ordinary group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The students in the teaching reform group were superior to the ordinary group in their evaluation recognition of teaching methods,such as improving their interest in learning,activating classroom teaching atmosphere,improving their comprehensive analysis and problemsolving ability,improving their independent learning ability,promoting their effective communication ability with the elderly,improving their comprehensive knowledge application ability,understanding and mastering the psychological characteristics of the elderly,implementing holistic nursing ability for the elderly and cultivating their team cooperation ability,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The unfolding case simulation teaching method can improve the mastery and recognition of elderly nursing for students,and increase students’recognition of the teaching method.
