摘要
为了筛选出适于杂交鹅掌楸体胚苗生长的容器育苗基质,以草炭土、黄心土、河沙、珍珠岩为原料,按照体积比配制成5种育苗基质,开展杂交鹅掌楸体胚苗容器育苗试验,探讨不同基质组成对生物量、苗高、地径等生长指标的影响,并采用苗木质量指数对容器苗的苗木质量进行综合评价。结果表明,5种容器育苗基质处理对杂交鹅掌楸体胚苗的生长指标有显著影响,其中处理T5(草炭土﹕河沙﹕珍珠岩=30﹕3﹕2)容器育苗效果最好。
In order to select suitable container mediums for the somatic embryos of Liriodendron hybrids(Liriodendron chinense×L.tulipifera),an experiment was carried out with five kinds of mediums,which were prepared with peat soil,yellow heart soil,river sand and perlite based on the volume ratio.The seedling quality index was used to comprehensively evaluate the seedling quality with different formula substrates.The results showed that five kinds of mediums had a significant effect on the growth of somatic embryos.The No.5 medium(peat soil:river sand:perlite 30:3:2)had the best seedling effect.
