摘要
针对洗手盆排水时水分流控制问题,设计了一种多传感器融合的水质检测与分流控制系统。系统以nRF52832微控制器作为主控芯片,使用了浊度传感器、pH传感器和TDS传感器来采集洗手盆排放水的水质数据,对数据进行分析和处理。根据洗手盆排放水的水质情况对洗手盆排放的水进行分流控制,结合蓝牙无线通信,设计可以满足系统近距离控制的需求。实验结果表明,该系统能够对洗手盆排放水进行水质检测和分流控制,对水质较好的洗手盆排放水进行回收再用,对水质较差的洗手盆排放水分流到生活污水管道,达到节约用水的目的,在人们日常生活中具有广泛的应用前景。
In terms of the water diversion control problem of the washbasin discharge water,this paper designs a water quality detection and diversion control system based on multi-sensor integration.The system adopts the nRF52832 microcontroller as the main control chip,collects the water quality data of the washbasin discharge water by using the turbidity sensor,pH sensor and TDS sensor,and then analyzes and processes the data.Based on the water quality of the washbasin discharge water,the system automatically carries out the division control of the washbasin discharge water.Bluetooth wireless communication can meet the design requirements of system close control.The experimental results show that the system can detect the water quality and conduct the automatic division control of the washbasin discharge water,recycle the washbasin discharge water with good water quality,and divert the washbasin discharge water with poor water quality to the domestic sewage pipeline,thereby achieving the purpose of saving water.Therefore,the system has a wide application prospect in people’s daily life.
