京津冀地区碳排放与土地集约利用关系演变及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

The evolution and influencing factors of the relationship between carbon emissions and land intensive use in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region

摘要 土地利用变化是碳排放量增长的重要来源之一,而土地集约利用是转变土地粗放利用方式的重要手段,厘清土地集约利用与碳排放的关系对“双碳”目标的实现具有重要意义。在对京津冀地区2002—2017年土地集约利用水平和碳排放量核算的基础上,运用标准差椭圆法、脱钩理论、地理探测器等方法,对其时空演变、相互关系及影响因素进行了研究。研究结果显示:①土地集约利用与碳排放标准差椭圆分布格局均为东北-西南走向,其中土地集约利用在空间上呈现东高西低、南高北低的格局,62%的城市碳排放量已出现下降趋势;②京津冀地区土地集约利用与碳排放脱钩关系已处于较为理想的强脱钩和弱脱钩状态;③各驱动因子交互作用较为显著,交互后均优于单因子影响力,其中经济投入水平与土地投入水平因素的交互影响程度最高,土地投入水平内部因素交互后驱动作用最弱。研究结论:京津冀地区土地集约利用与碳排放已处于较为理想的强脱钩和弱脱钩状态,在未来的土地利用过程中应处理好导致碳排放量增长的高驱动因子与一般因子之间的关系。 The change of land use is an essential source for the growth of carbon emissions.Considering that intensive land use is an important mean to replace extensive land use,it is significant to clarify the relationship between intensive land use and carbon emissions to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Based on accountings of carbon emissions and levels of intensive land use in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2002 to 2017,the spatial and temporal evolution,relationships between them and their influencing factors are studied by using the standard deviation ellipse method,the decoupling theory and the geographic probe.The results of the study indicate that the standard elliptical distribution pattern of intensive land use and carbon emissions both show a northeast-southwest trend,in which the spatial pattern of intensive land use is high in the east and low in the west,and high in the south and low in the north;62%of cities have experienced decreasing trends in carbon emissions.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have already been in relatively desirable states of strong decoupling and weak decoupling between intensive land use and carbon emissions.The interaction of all driving factors is quite remarkable,and the post-interaction is superior to the single-factor effect,among which the economic investment factor and land investment factor had the highest degree of reciprocal effect,and the internal factors of land investment had the weakest driving effect after the interaction.The study concludes that the intensive land use and the carbon emission in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are already in a relatively desirable state of strong and weak decoupling,and the relationship between the high driving factors and the general factors which influence the growth of carbon emissions should be dealt with properly during the process of land use in the future.
