摘要
目的 探究支气管哮喘急性发作患儿辅以杏贝止咳颗粒的临床疗效及对炎性指标的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年10月于张家港市中医医院治疗的支气管哮喘急性发作患儿72例,随机分两组,各36例。对照组应用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用杏贝止咳颗粒。评估两组临床疗效,治疗前后炎性指标水平和临床症状缓解时间。结果 观察组总有效率97.22%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-8、TNF-α、IL-10水平分别为(0.36±0.17)、(1.26±0.96)、(0.73±0.21)ng/mL,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.635、3.500、2.672,P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、气急、哮鸣音缓解时间(3.12±1.35)、(2.63±1.17)、(4.35±1.08)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.892、4.021、4.785,P<0.05)。结论 杏贝止咳颗粒用于儿童支气管哮喘急性发作期辅助治疗中疗效显著,可有效改善机体炎症指标,促进症状改善。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xingbei Zhike Granules supplemented with Xingbei Zhike Granules in children with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma and its effect on inflammatory indexes.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma who were treated in Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xingbei Zhike Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory index levels and clinical symptom remission time before and after treatment were evaluated in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-α and IL-10 in the observation group were(0.36±0.17) ng/mL,(1.26±0.96) ng/mL and(0.73±0.21) ng/mL,respectively,which were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.635,3.500,2.672,P<0.05).The relief time of cough,shortness of breath and wheezing in the observation group was(3.12±1.35) d,(2.63±1.17) d,and(4.35±1.08) d,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.892,4.021,4.785,P<0.05).Conclusion Xingbei Zhike Granules has a significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children,and can effectively improve the body’s inflammatory indexes and promote the improvement of symptoms.
