摘要
                
                    本文首先简介低温乳液技术合成丁腈橡胶的基本聚合原理,同时介绍了化工厂生产NBR的基本的工艺参数过程和控制,最终使用工厂设备制备了两种乳液体系的NBR,并对对反应及其合成的基本参数进行探索,结果表明:随聚合时间的增加,两种体系产品固含量逐渐增加,体系B在反应中后期的固含量大于A体系;随聚合温度的增加或降低,NBR产品的门尼黏度升高或降低;随着反应时间的增加或者降低,NBR产品的门尼黏度升高或降低。
                
                This paper firstly introduces the basic polymerization principle of nitrile rubber synthesized by low temperature emulsion technology,and also introduces the basic process parameters and control of NBR production in chemical plants.Finally,NBRs of two emulsion systems were prepared using factory equipment,and the basic parameters for the reaction and its synthesis were explored.The results showed that with the increase of polymerization time,the solid content of the two systems gradually increased,and the solid content of system B was greater than that of system A in the middle and late reaction stages.As the polymerization temperature increases or decreases,the Mooney viscosity of NBR products increases or decreases.As the reaction time increases or decreases,the Mooney viscosity of the NBR product increases or decreases.
