摘要
目的 了解祥符区5岁以下腹泻患儿A群轮状病毒感染的流行特征,为有效控制轮状病毒感染提供科学依据。方法 收集2015-2019年因腹泻在祥符区人民医院就诊的5岁以下儿童的流行病学信息及粪便标本,采用胶体金标记双抗体夹心免疫层析法对轮状病毒抗原进行检测,采用SPSS 21.0进行数据统计分析。结果 13 011份标本中检出A群轮状病毒阳性标本3 921份,总阳性率为30.14%,年检出率呈逐年下降趋势(χ^(2)=23.23,P<0.001)。男童阳性率30.98%(2 209/7 130),高于女童的29.11%(1 712/5 881),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.36,P=0.021)。不同年龄组儿童轮状病毒感染阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=357.42,P<0.001),2~<3岁组儿童阳性率最高(37.90%),其次为1~<2岁组(35.61%),0~<1岁组阳性率最低(20.02%)。A群轮状病毒全年均可检出,其发病高峰为秋冬季,8月份最低。结论 祥符区5岁以下儿童A群轮状病毒感染率较高,主要集中在秋冬季,应采取相应防控措施有效降低A群轮状病毒感染率。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of group A rotavirus in children with diarrhea under 5 years of age in Xiangfu district,and to provide scientific evidence for effective control of rotavirus infection.Methods Epidemio-logical information and stool samples were collected from children under 5 years of age who visited Xiangfu People’s Hospital due to diarrhea from 2015 to 2019.Rotavirus antigen was detected by colloidal gold-labeled double-antibody sandwich immu-nochromatography.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS(version 21.0).Results A total of 3921 group A rota-virus samples were detected in 13011 samples,with a total positive rate of 30.14%.The annual detection rate showed a de-creasing trend year by year(χ^(2)=23.23,P<0.001).The positive rate of boys was 30.98%(2209/7130),which was higher than that of girls(29.11%,1712/5881),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.36,P=0.021).There was a significant difference in the positive rate of rotavirus infection among children in different age groups(χ^(2)=357.42,P<0.001),with the highest positive rate in children aged over 2 but less than 3 years of age(37.90%),followed by those aged over 1 year but less than 2 years of age(35.61%),and the lowest positive rate in those aged less than 1 year of age(20.02%).Group A rotavirus can be detected throughout the year,and its peak incidence is in autumn and winter,with the lowest incidence in August.Conclusion The infection rate of group A rotavirus in children under 5 years of age in Xiangfu district remains high,mainly occurring in autumn and winter.Corresponding prevention and control measures should be taken to effectively reduce the infection rate.
