摘要
为研究热蒸馏法对油基钻井泥浆处理和油分回收效果,采用离心法对页岩油废弃油基钻井泥浆进行预处理,对比常压热蒸馏和减压热蒸馏方法的处理效果,结果表明:在300℃条件下减压蒸馏45 min,可将废弃油基钻井泥浆中的含油量降至0.3%以下,满足相关标准要求。通过GC-MS分析可知,减压热蒸馏与柴油的组分相似度较高,而常压蒸馏流程相对较窄,馏出油中缺少C26以上烃组分。利用回收的减压蒸馏油分进行油基钻井液配制,经过72 h滚子加热炉老化后,其表观黏度变化量为3 mPa·s^(-1),动塑比为0.41 Pa/mPa·s,API失水量和高温高压失水量分别为0.8 ml和2.6 ml,耐高温性能、流变性能和滤失性能良好,可以满足泥浆中油分的再利用要求。
In this study,thermal distillation methos were conducted to study the effects on oil-based drilling mud treatment and oil recovery.The centrifugal was used to pretreat the waste oil-based drilling mud during shale gas drilling,and the treatment effects of atmospheric thermal distillation and vacuum thermal distillation were compared.The results shows that after 45 min vacuum distillation at 300℃,the oil content in waste oil-based drilling mud can be reduced to less than 0.3%,meeting the requirements of relevant standards.GC-MS analysis proved that the components of vacuum thermal distillation were highly similar to those of diesel oil.Compared with the vacuum distillation method,there were fewer kinds of fractions after atmospheric distillation,and there was lack of hydrocarbon components above C26 in the distillate.The oil fraction recovered by vacuum distillation was used to prepare oil-based drilling fluid.After 72 h aging of roller heating furnace,the change value apparent viscosity was 3 mPa·s^(-1),the dynamic-plastic ratio was 0.41 Pa/mPa·s^(-1),the API fluid loss and high temperature and high pressure fluid loss were 0.8 ml and 2.6 ml,respectively.Since the above drilling fluid has good high temperature resistance,rheological property and filtration performance,it can meet the reuse requirements of oil in waste drilling mud.
