摘要
肿瘤治疗是医学和兽医学共同面临的一大挑战,在传统的手术治疗、化学疗法、放射疗法和中医疗法等基础上,研究人员不断探索新的高效、无或低副作用以及费用低的肿瘤治疗手段,其中免疫疗法的发展备受关注。而细菌外膜囊泡凭借它独特的生物和物理特性,不仅可以诱导机体产生一定程度的先天或适应性免疫反应,还是天然的生物纳米材料,且对基因修饰等多种改造方式有强大的耐受性,所以其有望成为肿瘤疫苗和药物递送系统。故在此综述细菌外膜囊泡用于肿瘤治疗及其抗肿瘤机制的研究进展,并对其在兽医临床的潜在应用价值进行展望。
Cancer treatment is a major challenge faced by both human and veterinary medicine.On the basis of traditional surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy,researchers continue to explore new efficient tumor treatment methods without or with low side effects and low cost.Among them,much attention has been paid to the development of immunotherapy.With its unique biological and physical characteristics,bacterial outer membrane vesicles(OMVs)can not only induce a certain degree of innate or adaptive immune response,but also be natural biological nanomaterials with strong tolerance for engineering modification,such as gene modification.Therefore,it can be developed as an appropriate adjuvant tumor therapy and drug delivery system for tumor vaccines.Thus,we review the research progress of bacterial outer membrane vesicles in tumor therapy and their anti-tumor mechanism in recent years and prospects its potential application in veterinary clinic.
