摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)结合精细化管理(DM)对结肠息肉患者肠道清洁率的影响。方法选取2021年1月至7月在江西省九江市第一人民医院住院的80例行电子结肠镜检查的结肠息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组按常规方法,由经管医生或责任护士宣教指导后患者自行服药清洁肠道。观察组应用品管圈结合精细化的管理方法进行干预,比较两组患者的肠道清洁度、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的肠道清洁率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的焦虑、腹胀、恶心呕吐、乏力发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈结合精细化管理方法能有效提高结肠息肉患者肠道清洁率,提高镜检操作医生的观察视野,节约内镜操作时间,减少肠道准备过程中不良反应发生率,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of quality control circle(QCC)and Delicacy management(DM)on the intestinal cleanliness of the patients with colonic polyps.Methods Eighty patients with colonic polyps hospitalized in the Jiujiang No.1 People′s Hospital from January to July 2021 and underwent routine electric colonoscopy were enrolled.The patients were assigned as the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)using the random number table.The control group patients took the medicine conventionally to cleanse their intestinal canal after the guide of the doctor in charge and the primary nurse.Whereas the observation group patients were intervened with QCC and DM in order to analyze the intestinal cleanliness and the incidence of adverse events of the two groups.Results The intestinal cleanliness rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence rates of anxiety,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,debilitation of the observation group were lower that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of QCC and DM can effectively improve intestinal cleanliness of the patients with colonic polyps,enlarge the doctor′s field of vision operating microscopic examination,save time on endoscope operation and reduce the adverse events of bowel preparation,therefore alleviating patients′pain and improve their satisfaction.
