摘要
“十四五”阶段是文化旅游产业高质量发展和转型升级的重要时期,丝绸之路经济带为甘肃省经济社会发展带来了新的机遇。文章立足“一带一路”背景,就甘肃省文化旅游产业转型升级及其路径进行研究。首先,对甘肃省文化旅游业发展状况及2000~2020年间甘肃省文化旅游业促进产业结构升级的效果进行实证分析;在此基础上,就甘肃省文化旅游业发展困境及转型必要性进行了论述,据此从文化旅游消费需求、产业要素供给、产业资源配置、旅游品牌培育等维度提出甘肃省文化旅游业转型升级路径,以期为甘肃省文化旅游业高质量发展和文化旅游强省战略提供参考借鉴。
The 14 th Five-Year Plan stage is an important period for the high-quality development and transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism industry.The Belt and Road has brought new opportunities for the economic and social development of Gansu province.Based on the background of Belt and Road,this study studies the transformation and upgrading of the cultural tourism industry in Gansu province.First,the study conducts an empirical analysis on the development of cultural tourism and the effect of cultural tourism in Gansu province on promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure from 2000 to 2020.On this basis,it discusses the development dilemma and the necessity of transformation of cultural tourism.Accordingly,the transformation and upgrading path of cultural tourism in Gansu province is proposed from the dimensions of cultural tourism consumption demand,industrial factor supply,industrial resource allocation,and tourism brand cultivation.This study will provide a reference for the high-quality development of cultural tourism in Gansu province and the strategy of strengthening the province of cultural tourism.
