摘要
目的:探究华蟾素胶囊联合高强度聚焦超声消融术在胃癌患者中的应用。方法:选择2018年1月-2021年1月石首市人民医院接受治疗的胃癌患者128例。随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各64例。对照组给予华蟾素胶囊,研究组在对照组基础上给予高强度聚焦超声消融术治疗。比较两组治疗前后免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平、生存质量及治疗前及治疗后1、7 d营养状况。结果:治疗后,研究组IgM、IgG、IgA、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)、铁蛋白(Fer)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、糖抗原242(CA242)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后社会关系、生理、环境、心理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,研究组白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:华蟾素胶囊联合高强度聚焦超声消融术在胃癌患者临床治疗中发挥重要作用,可提高患者免疫功能,其能够改善患者的生存质量。因此,华蟾素胶囊联合高强度聚焦超声消融术值得广泛应用。
Objective:To investigate the application of Huachansu Capsules combined with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in patients with gastric cancer.Method:A total of 128 patients with gastric cancer treated in Shishou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given Huachansu Capsules treatment,and the study group was given high intensity focused ultrasound ablation treatment on the basis of the control group.The immune function,tumor marker levels,quality of life before and after treatment and nutritional status before and 1 and 7 days after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of IgM,IgG,IgA,CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Golgi protein 73(GP73),ferritin(Fer),α-L-fucosidase(AFU)and carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social relations,physiology,environment and psychology in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Seven days after treatment,the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huachansu Capsules combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation plays an important role in the clinical treatment of patients with gastric cancer,which can improve the immune function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,Huachansu Capsules combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation is worthy of wide application.
