摘要
巨脑回畸形是由胚胎发育期神经元分化移行异常引起大脑皮质构成障碍的一种先天性疾病。由于巨脑回畸形发病率低,目前对该病的研究主要集中在病因及发病机制探索方面,而对有助于提高患者生存质量的康复治疗鲜见系统性总结报道。我科对1名巨脑回患儿进行了运动与作业康复训练、吞咽、言语治疗、药物治疗、中医针刺等综合康复治疗,取得较满意的临床效果,现将有关临床资料加以总结并进行相关文献回顾。
Pachygyria is a congenital disease that causes cerebral cortical dysfunction due to abnormal neuronal differentiation and migration during fetal development.Due to the low incidence of pachygyria,the current research on the disease is still mainly focused on the exploration of the etiology and pathogenesis,but the systematic review of rehabilitation treatments that help improve the quality of life of patients is rarely reported.We conducted a comprehensive rehabilitation therapy such as exercise training,mouth muscle and language communication ability training,homework training and so on for a pachygyria child,and achieved satisfactory results.The relevant materials were summarized and reviewed.
