摘要
目的:观察中药外敷联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊口服治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法:将60例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予丹黄祛瘀胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药外敷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后妇科检查评分、盆腔积液量、女性性生活指数变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率为93.30%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后妇科检查评分及盆腔积液量低于本组治疗前,且治疗后治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后性交痛维度评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊口服治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,可改善患者临床症状,有效缓解性交痛。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Chinese medicinals combined with qral administra-tion of Danhuang Quyu Capsules in the treatment of on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Danhuang Quyu Capsules(丹黄祛瘀胶囊,DHQYC)orally,while the treatment group was given external application of Chinese medicinals on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,gyne-cological examination score,pelvic effusion volume and female sexual life index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 73.33%in the control group and 93.30%in the treatment group.There was signifi-cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The gynecological examination score and pelvic effusion volume of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of sexual intercourse pain in the two groups after treatment was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and that index in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicinals combined with oral administration of DHQYC in the treatment of se-quelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type can improve patients'clinical symptoms and effectively alleviate sexual intercourse pain.
