摘要
某电站锅炉高温过热器管发生爆管,运用断口、金相、硬度、电镜等对爆管原因进行分析。导致爆管原因是,管内部附着的高温氧化物在较大工况变化下从管壁剥离,导致高温过热器管束内节流或堵塞,使蒸汽流通不畅,管道在高温环境下过热使钢材强度降低导致爆管。
Tube burst occurred in the high-temperature superheater of a power plant boiler.Make an analysis on the reason of explosion based on fracture,metallography,hardness and electron microscopy.It shows that high-temperature oxides attached inside are stripped from tube wlls in case of big working condition change,leading to throttling or blockage in the tube bundle of the superheater.The steam flow is not smooth,and overheated tubes cause the strength of steel products to decrease.
