摘要
坦桑尼亚的野生动物保护与旅游产业密切结合,积极开展以游赏、狩猎及自然体验等项目为主的生态旅游,在实现对野生动物有效保护的同时,也为政府、社区创造了可观的收入。文中介绍了坦桑尼亚野生动物的保护法律、管护体系,并以典型案例为切入点分析坦桑尼亚各类型保护地中的典型区域及其保护管理经验与问题。目前我国在野生动物保护与管理方面取得了显著成效,但在野生动物生态服务功能利用方面仍不充分。借鉴坦桑尼亚的成功经验,探讨我国以野生动物观赏、自然体验、科研活动等为内容的具体实践的可行性,结合国内实际提出相关建议,可为实现其生态价值提供新的方法与思路。
Tanzania’s wildlife protection is closely integrated with the tourism industry,and the active development of eco-tourism focusing on sightseeing,hunting and nature experience is an effective way to protect wildlife while creating considerable income for the government and local communities.This paper reviews the laws,management and protection systems related to Tanzania’s wildlife protection,and selects typical cases to analyze in depth the typical areas in various types of protected areas in Tanzania and their protection experiences and problems.At present,China has made great achievements in wildlife protection management,but it is still insufficient in the utilization of wildlife-related ecological services.With an eye to the successful experience of Tanzania and the explorations made in China,this paper discusses the feasibility of specific practices such as wildlife viewing,nature experience and scientific research activities in China.This study is aimed to provide new methods and ideas for materializing the wildlife-related ecological values.
