钢-超高性能混凝土组合桥面铺装现状 被引量:5

摘要 为解决我国正交异性钢板-超高性能混凝土组合桥面铺装应用中存在的问题,通过文献查阅、实桥考察和现场检测等方式,对国内外超高性能混凝土组合桥面铺装技术现状进行了调查,并对国内9座有代表性的组合桥面铺装的服役情况进行了实地调研。结果表明:1)我国钢-UHPC组合桥面在材料和结构上与荷兰和日本均有所差异,最主要是UHPC层与钢桥面板之间布置了密集剪力钉;2)目前我国UHPC组合桥面铺装主要存在混合料离析,铺装开裂、车辙和推移,以及伸缩缝拉裂等病害,后续研究应重点关注UHPC与磨耗层间粘结、沥青磨耗层抗车辙、抗裂等问题,同时注意混合料防离析。 In order to solve the problems in the application of pavement on bridge deck composed of orthotropic steel deck and ultra high performance concrete,the technology status of composite bridge deck pavement at home and abroad have been investigated by literature review,bridge investigation and test,and a real bridge survey on the service status of 9 representative composite bridge deck pavements in China has been conducted.The results show that:(1)The steel-UHPC composite bridge deck of China is different from Holland and Japan in material and structure,and the most important thing is that dense shear nails are arranged between the UHPC layer and the steel bridge deck.(2)At present,UHPC composite bridge deck pavement in China mainly suffers from mixture segregation,pavement cracking,rutting and shifting,and expansion joint cracking.Follow-up research should focus on the adhesion between UHPC and wearing layer,the anti-rutting and crack resistance of wearing layer,and should pay attention to anti-segregation of asphalt mixture.
