摘要
Ф22 mm规格非调质钢盘条30MnVS6在用户冷镦球头销毛坯时出现开裂现象,用户对球头销生产过程进行排查,对库存材料和典型开裂样品进行金相组织和表面缺陷检测,发现球头销开裂样品存在表面折叠缺陷。经高速线材厂对盘条轧制工艺进行追溯,对坯料处理、加热、轧制工艺进行仔细排查,认为开裂与原始盘条轧制过程中红钢张力变化导致的局部过充有关。在后续30MnVS6生产过程中,通过对加热工艺规范、轧制过程料型监控制度等进行优化,杜绝间断折叠盘条出厂,用户冷镦球头销毛坯未再出现开裂现象。
TheФ22 mm non-quenched and tempered steel wire rod 30MnVS6 cracked when the user cold upset the ball pin blank.The user checked the ball pin production process,examined the metallographic structure and surface defects of the stock materials and typical cracked samples,and found that the cracked ball pin samples had surface folding defects.The wire rod rolling process was traced back by the high-speed wire rod mill,and the blank treatment,heating and rolling process were carefully investigated.It was found that the crack was related to the local overcharge caused by the tension change of red steel in the original wire rod rolling process.In the subsequent30MnVS6 production process,by optimizing the heating process specification and material type monitoring system in the rolling process,the blank of the cold heading ball pin doesn’t crack again after the intermittent folding wire rod is prevented from leaving the factory.
