摘要
作为中国民主政治发展的新的理念、新的制度和新的实践,全过程人民民主形成于打破西方对中国民主政治制度偏见误解的迫切要求,凝结于革新中国特色社会主义民主理论与制度的实践探索的目标追求,根源于寻找解决政治权力与政治权利冲突的中国方案的现实需求,并且在过程性、人民性、民主性三个方面分别彰显了坚持系统的发展观念、坚持以人民为中心的发展理念以及坚持全人类的共同价值的发展旨趣,形成了显著的优势。新的“赶考路”上,坚持和发展全过程人民民主具有重大的时代意义,不仅是探索数字时代社会主义民主新形态的实践进阶,而且是筑牢中华民族伟大复兴民主基石的应有之义,更是丰富发展了马克思主义关于人的学说的时代内涵。
As China's democratic political development of new ideas,new systems and new practice,the whole process of people's democracy formed in breaking the western democratic political system in China,the urgent request of misunderstanding and prejudice condensation to innovate the Chinese characteristic socialist democratic system of theory and the practice exploration goal to pursue,is rooted in to find a solution to political power and political rights conflict solution reality demand in China,Moreover,in the process,people and democracy,it shows the development purport of adhering to the concept of systematic development,adhering to the concept of people-centered development and adhering to the common value of all mankind,forming a significant advantage.“New”descend road,adhere to the era and the development of the whole process of people's democracy is of great significance,not only is to explore the practice of new form of socialist democracy into the digital age,order,and it is build a subject should be the cornerstone of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation democracy,but also abundant development of the connotation of marxist theory about people's age.
