摘要
为研究并获得大型半潜式生产平台拖点结构设计与强度分析的通用方法,以深水半潜式生产平台深海一号长距离湿拖为例,基于理论计算与有限元分析相结合的方法,介绍大型浮式平台湿拖拖点设计分析的常规流程。该半潜式平台已安全抵达南海陵水17-2海域,进一步验证拖点结构设计与分析的正确性和可靠性。所建立的一套大型深水半潜式生产平台长距离湿拖拖点的强度分析与设计方法可为今后类似平台的拖点结构设计提供参考和依据。
In order to study and obtain the general method of towing lug design and strength analysis of large-scale semi-submersible production platform,the long-distance wet towing of the deep-water semi-submersible production platform Deep Sea No.1 is used as an example,the general process of the design and analysis of wet towing lug of large-scale floating platform is introduced based on theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.The semi-submersible platform has safely arrived in the designated waters of the South China Sea,which further verifies the correctness and reliability of the design and analysis of the towing lug.A set of strength analysis and design methods for long-distance wet towing lug of large-scale deep-water semi-submersible production platform is established,and the reference and basis can be provided for the design of towing lug of similar platforms in the future.
