摘要
为了使设计的车架满足轻量化和强度的要求,使用有限元软件对三种车架设计方案在四种典型静力学工况下的应力应变进行了分析研究。在保证符合车架强度刚度要求下尽量采用轻量化设计,从中优选出组合型车架为更优的设计方案。为了更加贴近实际,创新性地采用有预应力的模态分析,得到了前八阶固有频率,对指导避免共振的问题有重大意义;同时,模态分析为结构刚度的提高提供参考价值。由谐响应分析可知,车架结构在各特定频率下均满足强度要求。使用辅助软件对结构进行设计和分析,能够更准确、全面地了解结构特性。该研究对今后类似产品的设计制造具有一定的借鉴意义。
To make the designed frame meet the requirements of light weight and strength,the stress-strain of three frame design solutions under four typical static working conditions are analyzed and studied by using finite element software.To ensure that the frame meets the requirements of strength and stiffness,the lightweight design is adopted as much as possible,and the combined frame is selected as the better design solution.To be closer to the actual situation,the modal analysis with pre-stress is innovatively used to obtain the first eighth-order inherent frequency,which is of great significance to guide the avoidance of resonance;meanwhile,the modal analysis provides reference value for the improvement of structural stiffness.From the harmonic response analysis,the frame structure meets the strength requirements at each specific frequency.The design and analysis of the structure using auxiliary software can provide a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of the structural properties.The study has some significance for the design and manufacture of similar products in the future.
