摘要
以环境友好的茶壳活性炭负载磺酸(H_(2)SO_(4)/AC)替代传统液体盐酸催化草甘膦生产过程中的酸解反应。重点研究了H_(2)SO_(4)/AC制备工艺和催化条件等因素对草甘膦产率和副产物N-甲基草甘膦、增甘磷的影响规律。结果表明:以400℃条件下碳化3 h的茶壳炭为载体,质量分数为98%的浓硫酸在110℃下磺化2 h制备H_(2)SO_(4)/AC催化剂,可使草甘膦的产率达到86%,N-甲基草甘膦和增甘磷总质量分数控制在4%以内。该研究为草甘膦酸解反应提供了一种高效清洁的新方法。
The acidolysis reaction for the preparation of glyphosate catalyzed by environmentally benign Camellia oleifera shell active carbon supported Sulfonic acid(H_(2)SO_(4)/AC)instead of traditional liquid hydrochloric acid was studied.The effects of performance process and acidolysis reaction conditions on the yield of glyphosate,methyl glyphosate and glyphosine were carefully investigated.The results show that appropriate carbonization temperature and time are 400℃and 3 h,and suitable sulphonation temperature and time are 110℃and 2 h.The final yield of glyphosate is 86%,and the total mass fraction of methyl glyphosate and glyphosine is controlled within 4%.A new efficient and environment-friendly method for glyphosate acidolysis reaction can be provided.
