摘要
针对采煤机电控箱水道在使用的过程中易发生开裂、鼓包变形、漏水故障的现状,从水道板的材料、水道结构、焊接方式、水道检测方面进行改进,并对改进前后的水道做有限元对比分析和现场使用验证。结果表明:改进后的电控箱水道可靠性明显提高,通过减少水道盖板的焊接量、水道拼接结构,使故障点明显减少。经实际工况检验改进型水道未出现漏水、开裂、鼓包变形等故障,达到了提高电控箱水道可靠性的预期目标。
In view of the problems of cracking,bulging deformation and water leakage of the water channel of the control box of the coal mining machine,the improvement is made from the material of the water channel plate,the water channel structure,the welding method and the water channel detection,and the finite element comparative analysis and field application verification of the water channel before and after the improvement are made.The results show that the reliability of the water channel of the improved electric control box is significantly improved,and the fault points are significantly reduced by reducing the welding amount of the water channel cover plate and the water channel splicing structure.Through the test of the actual working condition,the improved water channel has no faults such as water leakage,cracking and bulge deformation,and the expected goal of improving the reliability of the water channel of the electric control box has been achieved.
