摘要
中小企业是实施“大众创业,万众创新”的重要载体,也是实施创新驱动发展战略的重要力量。从分析中小企业创新发展现状入手,基于当前中小企业在创新过程中面临的认知、资金、技术等突出问题,从企业所处发展阶段、企业运行环节、企业信息化水平、创新环境等方面进行系统分析,探讨中小企业在创新发展过程中人工智能技术的赋能路径,并从顶层设计、场景挖掘、公共服务及保障体系4个方面提出进一步促进中小企业创新发展的对策建议。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important carrier for the implementation of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,and an important force for the implementation of innovation driven development strategy.Starting with the analysis of the current situation of innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),and based on the prominent problems faced by SMEs in the process of innovation,such as cognition,capital,technology and so on,this paper makes a systematic analysis from the aspects of the development stage,operation process,informatization level and innovation environment of enterprises,and discusses the enabling path of artificial intelligence technology in the innovation process of SMEs;It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the innovative of SMEs from four aspects:top-level design,scene mining,public service and security system.
