高Mg^(2+)采矿废水利用技术研究 被引量:1

Study on Reuse of Minning Wastewater Containing High Concentration Mg^(2+)

摘要 对含Mg^(2+)156.83 mg/L的采矿废水,采用“碱-酸”工艺处理,添加NaOH 1.5 g/L(pH=11.5),沉淀反应2 min、搅拌陈化1 h、自然沉降2 h后过滤,滤液再用H_(2)SO_(4)回调pH~7,中水残余Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+)浓度小于10 mg/L,去除率均在85%以上。中水用于含稀土磷矿浮选,浮选闭路试验取得了与自来水相近的指标,精矿含33.20%P_(2)O_(5)和2.63%REO,回收率分别为87.52%和57.88%,含杂质Fe 3.95%。通过“碱-酸”工艺处理,废水可用于稀土磷矿浮选,实现了废水的资源化利用。 Mining wastewater containing Mg^(2+) 156.83 mg/L was treated with the process of “alkali-acid” adjustment. The water was treated with 1.5 g/L NaOH(pH=11.5), and then was filtrated after precipitation reaction 2 min, agitation ageing 1 h and natural settling 2 h. The pH of supernatant was adjusted to 7 with 0.5 g/L H_(2)SO_(4) to obtain normal water. The remained concentrations of Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) were less than 10 mg/L, and the removal rates were both above 85%. The normal water was reused in a RE-bearing apatite flotation, and the locked cycle test index was closed to that of tap water. The concentrate contained 33.20% P_(2)O_(5) and 2.63% REO, the recoveries were 87.52% and 57.88%, respectively, and the impurity Fe content was 3.95%. With the “alkali-acid” technology treatment, the mining wastewater can be reused in RE bearing apatite flotation and was realized utilization.
