开放获取环境下图书馆资源建设的转型与思考被引量：5

Transformation and Thinking of Library Resource Construction under Open Access Environment

摘要全球开放获取资源的快速增长,为图书馆的馆藏资源建设与服务提出了更高的要求。图书馆应基于开放资源环境制定虚拟馆藏建设策略,设计开放资源建设框架和工作流程,并不断研制开放资源的组织和再利用方式。通过调研总结开放获取资源的发展趋势与属性,分析开放获取对图书馆文献资源建设的影响与挑战,认为加强对开放获取资源的采集整合、推进图书馆机构知识库建设、实现开放资源的共享利用与科学管理是开放获取环境下图书馆文献资源建设转型发展的关键路径。
