摘要
目的筛查汕头市60岁以上人群腹主动脉瘤(AAA)发生情况及危险因素。方法采用横断面调查方法,选取2019年8月至2021年2月随机调查的计5933例(有效数据)年龄≥60周岁的汕头市民,均接受腹主动脉超声检查,设计基线资料调查表,记录研究所需资料,并根据AAA分组情况分为发生组和未发生组,探析汕头市AAA发生的相关风险因素。结果以腹主动脉超声检查结果为准,5933例有效筛查人群中,AAA阳性者共123例,发病率为2.1%(123/5933)。AAA组年龄、吸烟、高血压与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);后建立Logistic回归分析模型,结果显示,年龄、吸烟、高血压是汕头市腹主动脉瘤发生的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论年龄、吸烟、高血压是汕头市腹主动脉瘤发生的危险因素。
Objective To screen the incidence and risk factors of abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)in people over60 years old in Shantou city.Methods Using cross-sectional study,we selected5933 residents in Shantou city over60 years old who underwent abdominal aortic ultrasound examination.We designed a baseline questionnaire to record the data required for the study,and divided the residents into occurrence group and the non-occurrence groupaccording to the grouping of AAA,so as to explore the related risk factors of AAA in Shantou city.Results According to the results of abdominal aorta ultrasound examination,among the 5933 effective screening population,123 were AAA positive,with an incidence rate of 2.1%(123/5933).There were significant differences in age,smoking and hypertension between AAA group and the normal group(P<0.05).We also established a logistic regression analysis model,and the results show that age,smoking and hypertension were the risk factors of abdominal aortic aneurysm in Shantou City(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Age,smoking and hypertension are the risk factors of abdominal aortic aneurysm in Shantou City.
