摘要
本文就以半导体集成电路中的COMS正反馈式温度传感器设计为例,对温度传感器中的电子技术应用进行分析。希望通过本次的分析,可以对电子技术的应用和温度传感器的发展提供科学参考。
This paper takes the design of COMS positive feedback temperature sensor in semiconductor integrated circuit as an example to analyze the application of electronic technology in temperature sensor.It is hoped that this analysis can provide scientific reference for the application of electronic technology and the development of temperature sensor.
