摘要
新型城镇化的目的是为了提高人民幸福感。生存保障、认同尊重和自我实现是进城新生代农民工主观幸福感的主要影响因素。基于575份有效样本,利用序次logit回归模型,研究发现:相对于绝对收入、住房条件等生存保障因素,歧视、城市累计生活年数和社会关系网络等认同尊重因素,未来计划、拥有伴侣等自我实现因素对新生代农民工的主观幸福感有更显著影响。研究认为需要改变过往重生存保障因素的做法,从认同尊重因素、自我实现因素着手能够更有效提升新生代农民工主观幸福感。
The goal of the new-type urbanization is to promote people's sense of well-being.Subsistence guarantee,recognition and esteem,and self-actualization are the main factors influencing the subjective sense of well-being of the new generation off-farm workers.Based on 575 valid samples,this paper,with the help of ordered logit model,finds that comparing with the factors of subsistence guarantee such as absolute income and housing condition,the factors of recognition and esteem such as discrimination,years of city life and social network,and the factors of self-actualization such as future plans and mates have more significant impact on the subjective sense of well-being of the new generation off-farm workers.The focus on the subsistence guarantee in the past needs to be changed,and great importance should be attached to the factors of recognition and esteem and self-actualization in order to promote the subjective sense of well-being of the new generation off-farm workers.
