摘要
电液执行器是一种集机、电、液一体的新型电液传动系统。控制精度是衡量其性能的重要指标之一,因此执行器位移的输出精度尤为重要。针对执行器的性能及结构要求,对执行器常用的LVDT、电位计、磁致伸缩位移传感器进行技术研究、参数及结构对比和试验,确定选用电位计式位移传感器,其性能及结构符合执行器指标要求。
Electro-Hydrostatic actuator is a new type of electro-hydraulic transmission system,which integrates mechanical,electrical and hydraulic.Control accuracy is an important index to measure its performance,so the output accuracy of actuator displacement is particularly important.According to the performance and structural requirements of the actuator,the LVDT,potentiometer and magnetostrictive displacement sensor commonly used in the actuator are studied,compared and tested in terms of parameters and structure,and the potentiometer displacement sensor is determined to be selected.Its performance and structure meet the index requirements of the actuator.
