机电设备全寿命周期振动环境应力剖面分析 被引量:2

摘要 平台环境应力对船用装备的失效影响往往是综合作用的结果,且相同的环境因素对不同类型的设备所造成的影响程度也不尽相同,对海洋环境适应性研究需结合各种环境因素深入开展研究与分析。其中,在众多环境应力中,振动环境应力对船用设备寿命影响最大。针对所搜集的船用阀门、电控箱、泵等机电设备的振动环境应力数据,获取了这些典型船用机电设备振动环境应力PSD统计数据图,形成了不同设备的振动环境应力剖面图。 The influence of platform environmental stress on the failure of marine equipment is often the result of comprehensive action,and the same environmental factors have different degrees of influence on different types of equipment.The research on marine environmental adaptability needs to be carried out in-depth research and analysis in combination with various environmental factors.According to the collected vibration environmental stress data of marine electromechanical equipment,such as valves,electric cabinets and pumps,the PSD statistical data charts of vibration environmental stress of these typical marine electromechanical equipment are obtained,and the vibration environmental stress profiles of different equipment are formed.
