摘要
为确保装配式建筑顺利落地,依据工程项目全过程管理理论识别目前装配式建筑推广和示范的阻碍及问题;分析装配式建筑在决策、设计、生产、施工安装等管理问题。通过对装配式建筑实施全过程管理不仅能够促进建筑业产业化发展,解决科技成果转化,提高建筑业产业链的整体水平,而且可以将传统分散的个体生产和服务转变为集中的、大规模社会生产服务,很大程度提高了建筑行业的管理水平。
In order to ensure the smooth landing of prefabricated buildings,according to the whole process management theory of engineering projects, the obstacles and problems of the current prefabricated building promotion and demonstration are identified;the management problems of prefabricated buildings in decision-making, design, production, construction and installation are analyzed. Through the implementation of the whole-process management of prefabricated buildings, it can not only promote the industrialization development of the construction industry, solve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and improve the overall level of the construction industry chain, but also it can transform the traditional scattered individual production and services into a centralized, large-scale society production services, and greatly improve the management level of the construction industry.
