摘要
功能复合的会展综合体是近年来占据主流的会展建筑类型,其高大的建筑体量、复合的建筑功能、复杂的交通流线、多元的运营需求引发了更精细的设计要求。本文针对会展综合体设计提炼了四个关键要素,即策划、布局、交通、形体,并对要素进行理论和项目实例的详细阐释。综上,会展综合体需要在结合城市及区域产业定位的基础上,对规模、空间、流线等进行功能化逻辑布局,以适宜的技术、材料,集便捷高效、功能灵活、模数化美学等特征于一体进行设计。
Exhibition complex is the mainstream exhibition architecture type in recent years. Its tall building volume, compound building function, complex traffic streamline and diversified operation requirements lead to more detailed design requirements.This paper extracts four key elements for the design of exhibition complex: planning, layout, transportation, and shape, and expounds the elements from theories and practical projects. To sum up, the exhibition complex needs to carry out a functional and logical layout of scale, space, streamline, etc. on the basis of combining urban and regional industrial positioning, and design with suitable technology and materials to form convenient, efficient, flexible and modulus aesthetics.
