摘要
凭借良好的驻空持续性、较大范围对地/海面覆盖能力、快速反应能力和高性价比,系留气球平台已经成为一种高效、便捷的新型应急通信平台,能够适应突发自然灾害救援、海上应急通信等应急通信任务场景。文章介绍了系留气球平台的发展、组成、分类及应用,对锚泊车载和船载系留气球平台进行对比,重点阐述了系留气球平台在应急通信保障中的应用。最后结合系留气球现阶段的不足,探讨并总结了系留气球应急通信平台未来的发展。
With advantages of enduring flight,wide coverage,rapid response and high cost performance,the tethered balloons have become a new efficient and convenient emergency communication platform,which can adapt to emergency communication mission scenarios such as sudden natural disaster rescue and maritime emergency communication.In this paper,the composition,classification and application of tethered balloon platform are introduced.The two application platforms in emergency communication,tethered balloon emergency communication platform based on communication satellite and tethered balloon emergency communication platform based on microwave link,are detailed depicted.Finally,a variety of new directions and open problems associated with tethered balloon emergency communication platform are discussed.
