摘要
中国石油大庆石化公司FCC汽油加氢改质装置处理高硫原料加工后,产品硫含量及博士试验均不满足汽油调和要求。通过分析原因,提出相应的解决办法。当轻汽油产品干点降至58℃以下时,激发加氢脱硫催化剂的活性,并将辛烷值恢复反应器的入口温度提升7℃,可使轻、重汽油产品的硫含量满足调和要求。将预加氢反应器的入口温度提升10℃,轻汽油产品硫醇硫含量控制在(3~4)mg·kg^(-1),可保证轻汽油产品博士试验通过;持续、少量排放废氢,将循环氢中硫化氢浓度控制在200 mg·kg^(-1)以下,能保证重汽油产品博士试验通过。
After processing high sulfur FCC gasoline in hydro-upgrading unit of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company,the sulfur content and doctor’s test of the product did not meet the requirements of gasoline blending.Therefore,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions by analyzing the causes.The results show that when the dry point of light gasoline product drops below 58℃,the activity of hydrodesulfurization catalyst is stimulated and the inlet temperature of octane number recovery reactor is increased by 7℃,the sulfur content of light and heavy gasoline product can meet the requirements of blending.When the inlet temperature of the pre-hydrogenation reactor is increased by 10℃,the sulfur content of light gasoline reduced to(3-4)mg·kg^(-1) to ensure the result of doctor test.Through continuous and small emission of waste hydrogen,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the circulating hydrogen is controlled below 200 mg·kg^(-1),which can ensure that the doctor test of heavy gasoline products passes.
