摘要
以秋播小黑麦为前茬作物,收获小黑麦后复种不同一年生植物(小黑麦单播,黑麦单播,燕麦单播,箭筈豌豆单播,禾豆混播:50%小黑麦+50%箭筈豌豆,40%黑麦混播+60%箭筈豌豆,50%燕麦+50%箭筈豌豆),研究光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)、水分利用率(WUE)的差异,以明确复种单播和禾豆混播草地光合性能的差异,为筛选一年两季饲草生产技术奠定基础。结果表明:复种混播50%小黑麦+50%箭筈豌豆和50%燕麦+50%箭筈豌豆草地的光合性能无显著差异,二者Pn、Tr和WUE均较高。50%燕麦+50%箭筈豌豆处理的水分利用率高于其余6个处理。因此,秋播小黑麦复种50%燕麦+50%箭筈豌豆草地的光合性能最佳。
This research aimed to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics between mono-(triticale,rye,oat,and vetch)and gramineous-leguminous(50%triticale mixed with 50%vetch,40%rye mixed with 60%vetch,and 50%oat mixed with 50%vetch)mixed sowing annual pasture in alpine pastoral areas of southern Gansu.The present study also measured photosynthetic parameters,including the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO_(2) concentration,and water use efficiency(WUE).The results showed no significant differences in photosynthetic characteristics between mixed sowing treatment of 50%triticale+50%vetch and mixed sowing treatment of 50%oat+50%vetch.The above two treatments had higher values of Pn,Tr,and WUE.The WUE of mixed sowing treatment of 50%oat+50%vetch was significantly higher than that of the other six treatments.Therefore,the photosynthetic characteristics of the mixture of 50%oat and 50%vetch were the best in the autumn sowing process after the triticale harvest.
