一体化示范区节点城市道路交通核心策略研究

摘要 以示范区嘉善片区为例,从长三角一体化示范区的范畴来审视节点城市道路交通。未来示范区层面的出行大多以跨区域或者跨圈层为主,为满足不同空间圈层多层次差异性出行需求,将节点城市的道路交通规划融入都市圈道路交通系统的组成范畴。按照“密度、时间、指标”为3大目标进行控制,结合示范区一体化统筹要求与节点城市特性,采取“多网融合、城市缝合、开放街区、智慧共享”4大核心策略,从而形成多层次、多模式、多元化的道路交通网络与服务体系。 Taking Jiashan Area of the Demonstration Area as an example,the road traffic of node cities is examined from the perspective of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Area.In the future,most of the trips at the Demonstration Area level will be crossregional or cross-circle.In order to meet the multi-level&differentiated travel needs of different spatial circles,the road traffic planning of node cities will be integrated into the composition of the metropolitan area road traffic system.According to the three major goals of density,time&indicators,combined with the integrated overall planning requirements of the demonstration area and the characteristics of node cities,four core strategies of multi-network integration,urban stitching,open blocks&smart sharing are adopted toform a multi-hierarchical,multi-mode&diversified road traffic network and service system.
