近距离煤层间巷道布置及锚杆支护参数优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对回采巷道基层掘进施工速度慢,矿井基层采掘巷道接续紧张,巷道围岩变形严重、支护困难等一些关键技术应用难题,根据大同煤矿集团圣厚源煤业有限公司4号煤层一采区南翼开拓巷道的间距和断面,分别从回采巷道布置、回采施工巷道现场支护、矿压变化观测三个方面进行深入研究,对回采巷道现场支护设计方案进行分析,并组织进行了现场支护工程设计试验。通过研究优化回采巷道布置和回采支护设施形式,提高巷道支护设施强度,改善回采巷道基层围岩强度控制支护效果,降低矿井生产过程费用、支护成本,使近距离煤层的开采更加安全和实用。 Aiming at some key technical application problems,such as slow construction speed of mining roadway base excavation,tight connection of mining roadways in the mine,serious deformation of roadway surrounding rock and difficulty in support,according to the spacing and section of development roadways in the south wing of No.1 mining area of No.4 coal seam in Shenghouyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Datong Coal Mine Group,this paper made in-depth research from three aspects:the layout of mining roadways,on-site support of mining roadways and observation of ground pressure changes,analyzed the on-site support design scheme of mining roadways,and organized on-site support engineering design test.By studying and optimizing the layout of mining roadway and the form of mining support facilities,the strength of mining roadway support facilities was improved,the effect of surrounding rock strength control and support at the base of mining roadway was improved,and the cost of mine production process and supporting was reduced,making the mining of short-distance coal seams safer and more practical.
