摘要
癌症是威胁人类健康的重要因素之一,现有的治疗方法包括手术治疗、放射治疗和化学药物治疗等,但存在如毒副作用大、对化疗药物的耐药性、肿瘤侵袭和复发等局限性,因此寻求更有效的新型肿瘤治疗方法十分必要。溶瘤病毒疗法是一种通过病毒选择性感染肿瘤细胞来杀伤肿瘤,并增强机体抗肿瘤免疫反应的新型肿瘤治疗方法,具有良好的应用前景。研究表明,麻疹病毒(measles virus,MV)是能展现出溶瘤效果的病毒之一,天然MV或经改造后用于肿瘤治疗,具有良好的抗肿瘤效应;也可与其他方法联合使用,提高治疗效果。本文就MV作为溶瘤病毒的作用机制和研究进展作一综述。
Cancer is one of the important factors threatening human health.The current treatment methods include surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which have limitations such as serious side effect,resistance to chemotherapy drugs,tumor invasion and recurrence.Therefore,it is necessary to seek more effective new treatment methods for tumors.Oncolytic virus therapy is a new tumor treatment method that selectively infects tumor cells with viruses to kill tumors and enhance the body′s anti-tumor immune response,which has good prospect of application.Studies have shown that measles virus(MV)is one of the viruses exhibiting oncolytic effects.Natural or modified MV has good anti-tumor effect and may also be used in combination with other methods to improve the therapeutic effect.This article reviews the mechanism and progress in research of MV as an oncolytic virus.
