摘要
功能性腹痛是一种儿童常见的脾胃系统疾病,病程缠绵,容易反复,其中“脾胃枢机不利”贯穿其发病过程的始终;“脾失健运”是对腹痛出现的病位、病机的总结概括。文章结合中医学相关理论,阐释“脾胃枢机”的理论内涵,从“脾胃枢机”分析功能性腹痛发病的病因、病机,并初步探讨“调理脾胃枢机”对中医药治疗功能性腹痛的指导作用。
Functional abdominal pain is a common disease of the spleen and stomach system in children.The course of the disease is lingering and easy to be repeated.Among them,“the obstruction of cardinalate of the spleen and stomach”runs through the whole course of the disease.“dysfunction of spleen in transport”is a summary of the location and pathogenesis of abdominal pain.Based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper explains the theoretical connotation of the hinge of the spleen-stomach,analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of functional abdominal pain from“the helm of the spleen-stomach”,and preliminally discusses the guiding effect of“the helm of the spleen-stomach”on the treatment of functional abdominal pain by traditional Chinese medicine.
