摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为当今科技情报工作的开展提供借鉴。[方法/过程]对中国科技情报工作的发展演进进行了梳理,总结历史贡献,分析新时期我国科技情报工作的发展趋势。[结果/结论]中国科技情报工作经历了从“无”到“有”、组织体系建立与完善、在艰难环境下赓续发展、实现现代化发展、工作范式变革与创新、科技智库功能不断强化等不同时期。新时期中国科技情报工作呈现从科技文献资源保障向科技信息高端交流平台转变,从“耳目、尖兵、参谋”向高端科技智库转变,从被动“跟踪型”向主动“引领型”转变,从文献为主的研究向数据为主研究转变,从分散的工作模式向协同高效工作机制转变的发展趋势。
[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to provide references for the development of scientific and technological intelligence work.[Method/process]The paper teases out the development history of scientific and technological intelligence work in China summarizes its historical contribution and analyzes its development trend in the new era.[Result/conclusion]The scientific and technological intelligence work in China has gone through different periods of developing from nothing,establishment and improvement of organizational system,keeping constantly developing in difficult environments,achieving the modernization development,transformation and innovation of work paradigms and continuously enhancing the functions of science and technology think tanks.In the new era scientific and technological intelligence work in China has changed from the guarantee of scientific and technological documents resources to the high-end communication platform of scientific and technological information from the“eyes ears vanguards and advisers”to the high-end scientific and technological think tanks from passive“Tracking”to active“Leading”from document-based research to data-based research and from the decentralized work model to the cooperative and efficient work mechanism.
