摘要
目的:探究基于“互联网+”慕课、微课的线上线下混合式教学模式在妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我校临床医学本科2016级1班和2015级1班的学生作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于慕课、微课师生互动混合式教学法,对照组采用传统多媒体讲授法教学模式。比较两组学生的理论考核成绩及教学满意度问卷评定表进行教学效果评价。结果:观察组理论考试成绩、总体教学效果满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于慕课、微课的线上线下师生互动混合式教学模式,不仅能够激发学生专业学习的兴趣,而且学生的学习成绩明显提高,使学生对妇产科学知识的理解更加透彻,其分析问题、解决问题的能力均得到提高。
Object:To explore the application effect of the Blending Teaching by more communication between teachers and students on-line and off-line in Obstetrics and Gynecology teaching based on MOOC&Micro-lecture.Methods:Students from Class 1 of the Clinical Medicine undergraduate grade 2016 and 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was adopted the Blending Teaching by more communication between teachers and students on-line and off-line in Obstetrics and Gynecology teaching based on MOOC&Micro-lecture,while the control group was adopted the traditional Multimedia Teaching method.Comparing the theoretical assessment results and teaching satisfaction questionnaire between the two groups to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:he theoretical examination scores and overall teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the Blending Teaching by more communication between teachers and students on-line and off-line in Obstetrics and Gynecology teaching based on MOOC&Micro-lecture not only improves students'academic performance,but also fully stimulates and improves their interests in learning,which enables students to be more understanding the knowledge of Gynecology and Obstetrics,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,learning efficiency,clinical thinking ability,communication skills and teamwork awareness.
