摘要
贫困大学生的就业能力相对薄弱,高校应将资助育人与就业指导工作紧密结合,以期有效解决学生的就业难题。可在对贫困大学生就业能力进行主客观归因的基础上,从协同资助与就业指导机制、多维度提供精准帮扶和打造全员育人团体等三方面来提升贫困生的就业能力。
The employment ability of poor college students is relatively weak.Colleges and universities should closely combine financial aid education with employment guidance in order to effectively solve the employment problems of students.On the basis of subjective and objective attribution of the employment ability of poor college students,the employment ability of poor students can be improved from three aspects:collaborative funding and employment guidance mechanism,multi-dimensional provision of accurate assistance and building a full-fledged education group.
