摘要
对宁波市职业教育“一带一路”重点建设的项目进行分析后,可以发现,制造业“一带一路”项目建设存在主体分散、资源不集中、建设过程不集约等问题。可以从基于三螺旋理论构建的融合发展可行性出发,将中高职一体作为三螺旋的一个主体,明确三螺旋主体的角色定位,建立院校主体、产业和政府的三螺旋关系。从顶层设计、项目执行和项目管理等三个角度出发,给出引导中高职一体合作开展“一带一路”建设、夯实三螺旋关系、强化多层次共建共享、发挥好中高职一体化建设“一带一路”的优势等改进措施。
After analyzing the key construction projects of the“the Belt and Road”of Vocational Education in Ningbo,it can be found that the construction of the“the Belt and Road”projects in the manufacturing industry has some problems,such as the dispersion of the main body,the lack of concentration of resources,and the lack of intensification of the construction process.Starting from the feasibility of integrated development based on the triple helix theory,we can take the integration of secondary and higher vocational education as a subject of the triple helix,clarify the role orientation of the triple helix subject,and establish the triple helix relationship among the subject of colleges,industry and government.From the perspective of top-level design,project implementation and project management,this paper puts forward some improvement measures,such as guiding the integration of secondary and higher vocational education to carry out the“the Belt and Road”construction,consolidating the three spiral relationship,strengthening multi-level co construction and sharing,and giving full play to the advantages of the“the Belt and Road”integrated construction of secondary and higher vocational education.
