摘要
目的探讨长海痛尺记录疼痛日记对癌性疼痛评估的影响。方法选取南昌市第一医院于2020年5月至2021年5月收治的111例癌性疼痛患者作为研究对象,根据入院编号的单双数将其分为研究组(n=56)与对照组(n=55)。应用长海痛尺为对照组患者进行癌性疼痛评估,研究组则在对照组基础上记录疼痛日记。比较两组患者控制癌性疼痛的效果,同时比较两组患者治疗依从性和疼痛控制满意度。结果研究组在护理后2、6、12、24 h的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组经长海痛尺记录疼痛日记后治疗总依从率为94.64%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛控制总满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癌性疼痛患者采用长海痛尺记录疼痛日记,可及时提供患者准确的疼痛信息进行正确评估,并给予临床治疗干预可行性建议,可有效提高患者治疗依从性,控制癌性疼痛的效果更优,能得到较高疼痛控制满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of Changhai pain rating scale recording pain diary on cancer pain assessment.Methods A total of 111 patients with cancer pain admitted to Nanchang First Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as research objects,they were divided into study group(n=56)and control group(n=55)according to the odd and admission numbers.Patients in the control group were evaluated for cancer pain using the Changhai pain rating scale,while patients in the study group recorded pain diary according to the Changhai pain rating scale score.The effect of cancer pain control was compared between the two groups,and the treatment compliance and pain control satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 2,6,12 and 24 h after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the study group was 94.64%after recording the pain diary according to Changhai pain rating scale score,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of pain control in the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than 81.82%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using record pain diary according to Changhai pain rating scale score can timely provide patients with accurate pain information for correct evaluation,and give suggestions on the feasibility of clinical treatment intervention,which can effectively improve patients′treatment compliance,better control of cancer pain,and get higher satisfaction with pain control.
